Shannon Quarterman

I am the founder and president of Grace OutLoud Ministries. Living out loud through God’s grace one day at a time. Through His grace He has molded and changed my life.

My education and background have been in Early Childhood Education. Through this, God has blessed me with the privilege to work with women and their families from different backgrounds, races, cultures, and religious beliefs. Through my own life experiences, God has instilled a passion in my heart; to share the love and salvation message of Jesus Christ to people of all walks of life.

I have been given several titles through my life: single mother, grandmother, wife and now a widow.  With each of these titles came a multitude of different seasons, which has led me down several different paths. Each of these paths have brought me to the feet of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Jeremiah 29:11

I am excited about the plans God has for Grace OutLoud and humbled by the role God has given me and each of my sisters and brothers in Christ that are called into this Ministry of Living Grace OutLoud by faith in him!

Vice President/P.R. and Benevolence Coor.
Kathy Sneed

I'm from Southeast MO. Growing up in a small town, has taught me to value people and be a friend to everyone. I carry this philosophy where every I go. I'm a friend to everyone and I enjoy helping people. By helping people, I find my healing, especially after going through a very rebellious phase after the passing of my husband of only 10 months and 3 days in 2003.

I accepted Christ as my Savior at the age of 14. I grew up attending church at New Morning Star Missionary Baptist church. I am now serving at Mt. Calvary Power House Church.

I received two associate degrees, one in business management and the other in Data Processing. I have a BA in psychology.  I was a paraprofessional for Neelyville  School district. I'm currently ministering in Christian Radio, you can hear me on KLUH Life Radio 90.3 FM, online at

God changed my direction three years ago when I received a phone call that my goddaughter needed a foster kinship placement for her baby.  This turned me up side down and landed me in a whole other world, I didn't know what I was in for!  God's kind of good at shaking us up and making a masterpiece out of the impossible.  By God's grace, my granddaughter was reunited with her mother and I'm getting to be MiMi.

God has changed me and molded me.  He has taught me how to inhale his Grace and goodness one day at a time.  I'm so excited about where God is taking Grace OutLoud and how I can be used in this ministry.
